中国国际消费品博览会外籍人员参会

一、线上办理“专业观众”证件

I.Onlineapplicationfor"ProfessionalVisitor"badge

即日起，可登录中国国际消费品博览会官方网站办理专业观众证件参会，新用户需填入个人或企业信息注册账号再进行办理。专业观众证件通行期限为展会全程，共5日。

Fromnowon,youcanlogontotheofficialwebsiteofChinaInternationalConsumerProductsExpotoapplyfor"ProfessionalVisitor"badge,whichcanallowyoutheentrytotheexpo.Newusersneedtofillintheirpersonalandbusinessinformationtoregisteranaccountbeforetheapplication.Thebadgestaysvalidfor5daysthroughouttheexpo.

（二）办理方式：点击网站首页顶部导航栏“报名”-“专业观众”进入系统办理。

(II)Procedure:Clickthe“SignUp”andselect"VisitorsRegistration"inthenavigationbaratthetopofthehomepage,andthenenterthesystem.

（三）办理时间：2022年7月11日-22日。

(III)Time:July11-22,2022

（四）收费金额：200元/张。

(IV)Fee:RMB200/badge

（五）领取方式：免费邮寄(推荐)或现场凭护照原件领取。

(V)Freeexpressdelivery(recommended),oron-sitepickupwithoriginalpassport.

二、线下前往注册及证件管理中心办理

II.OfflineregistrationattheRegistrationCenter

（一）线下支持办理三种类型证件：

(I)Offlineapplicationforthreetypesofbadges:

（1）7月29日或30日单日通行的单日证；

(1)Badgeforone-daypassonJuly29or30;

（2）7月29日和30日双日通行的双日证；

(2)Badgefordouble-daypassonJuly29and30;

（3）7月26日-30日五天通行的“专业观众证”。

(3)“ProfessionalVisitor”badgeforfive-daypassfromJuly26to30.

（二）办理地址：中国国际消费品博览会注册及证件管理中心（海南省海口市秀英区梦享龙腾湾商业中心一层）。

(II)Locationofapplication:ChinaInternationalConsumerProductsExpoRegistrationCenter(1F,MengxiangLongtengwanBusinessCenter,XiuyingDistrict,Haikou,HainanProvince).

（三）办理方式：携本人护照原件及证件照电子版到证件中心境外人员办证柜台取号办理，现场领取。需注意，展期因疫情防控要求，开展期间当天办理或导致无法入场。

(III)Procedure:BringtheoriginalpassportandelectronicversionofIDphotototheregistrationcounterforoverseaspersonneloftheregistrationcentertogetanumberandwaitforyourturn.Thebadgewillbeissuedonsite.Pleasenotethatduetotheanti-epidemicpolicy,applicationforabadgeonthesamedayastheexhibitionmayresultinfailureofadmission.

（四）办理时间：2022年7月11日至30日。

（五）收费金额：

(V)Fees:

（1）单日证50元/张；

(1)Badgeforone-daypass:RMB50/perbadge;

（2）双日证100元/张；

(2)Badgefordouble-daypass:RMB100/perbadge;

（3）专业观众证200元/张。

(3)“ProfessionalVisitor”badge:RMB200/perbadge.

三、防疫须知

III.Notesonepidemicresponse

（一）提前实名注册申领“海南健康码”，并确认健康码为绿色；

(I)Registerwithyourrealnameinadvancetoapplyfor"HainanHealthCode",andconfirmthatthehealthcodeisgreen;

（二）每次入馆时须持有48小时内1次核酸检测阴性证明，请根据入馆时间提前自行完成核酸检测；

(II)Eachtimeyouenterthevenue,youmustholda48-hournegativenucleicacidtestphysicalreport.Pleasedothenucleicacidtestinadvanceaccordingtothetimeofyourentryintothevenue;

（三）展会期间全程佩戴口罩（医用外科及以上防护级别口罩），保持安全距离，建议自备多个口罩，每4小时更换一次;

(III)Wearmasks(surgicalmasksorabove)throughouttheexpoandkeepasafesocialdistance.Itisrecommendedtobringseveralmasksandputonanewoneevery4hours;

（四）展期（7月26日-30日）可凭证件在消博会注册和证件管理中心门口等核酸采样点接受一次免费核酸检测服务。

(IV)Duringtheexpo(July26-30),youcanenjoyone-timefreenucleicacidtestingserviceatnucleicacidsamplingpoints,suchastheentranceoftheRegistrationCenter.
